Attorneys
in the firm are experienced in a wide range of legal matters on behalf
of federally-recognized Indian tribes, tribal business enterprises,
authorities and commissions -- including such areas as business and
economic development, commercial transactions, real estate, taxation,
gaming, trust responsibility and natural resources. The firm has
represented the interests of Native Americans, and of those contracting
with Native Americans, before both the state and federal legislatures.
Members of the firm often advise non-Indian businesses who are either
transacting business with, or are considering doing business with, one
or more federally-recognized Indian tribes.
