| Zac Hargis is a staff attorney at the firm’s Boulder Avenue offices. He joined the firm in 2005. Mr. Hargis focuses his practice on issues of consumer protection and estate planning. Specifically, he works with other attorneys and legal assistants on teams that manage estate planning documents and formulate case management strategies in consumer protection cases. Mr. Hargis has taken a leadership role in the Pre-Paid Legal division’s estate planning services, providing for the needs of clients and Pre-Paid Legal members regarding asset management, end of life consultations and family preparedness discussions. He works with clients to draft and prepare their estate planning documents, review and discuss previous documentation, instruct as to handling of asset managers and holders, and partners with other attorneys to address the further legal needs of the individual.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hargis worked primarily in the areas of family law, estate planning and mediation.

Court Admissions Oklahoma Education New England School of Law (J.D., 2002); Washburn University (B.A., with honors, 1999) Community Involvement Following law school, Mr. Hargis moved to Tulsa and began volunteer efforts at many local charities and non-profit organizations, including the legal clinic at Neighbor for Neighbor in North Tulsa. His current volunteer efforts benefit many local organizations such as the Red Cross, Tulsa Master Recyclers, Bixby Rotary, and the United Way. Mr. Hargis is presently an Adjunct Professor at Connors State College teaching American Government, Criminal Law, and Criminal Evidence. |
