| Since passing the bar in 1982, Greg James concentrated his legal services in insurance law, insurance defense, prosecution of personal injury claims, and oil and gas litigation. He has tried dozens of jury and bench trials to verdict in both state and federal courts in Oklahoma and has been admitted to practice in federal courts in Arkansas, Texas, and Michigan.
In his litigation practice, Greg James has handled and tried claims for bodily injury and property damage pursued on theories of negligence, products liability, premises liability, toxic substance exposure including Asbestos related injury claims, as well as numerous claims arising out of the oil patch, real estate transactions and business contracts and practices. He has also represented the State of Oklahoma’s Department of Transportation in a number of highway and road construction and tort claims. Shareholder |
