Thomas Askew

Mr. Askew has tried numerous bench and jury trials in the Oklahoma state and federal courts. His areas of experience include a wide range of business and commercial litigation issues. He has experience in litigating first and third-party insurance matters involving products, automobile, premises, and contractual liability, as well as business torts, oil and gas disputes, various real estate matters, and contract disputes with private and governmental entities, in both federal and state courts.
