Steven Janiszewski

Mr. Janiszewski focuses his practice on litigation and appeals. In the civil arena he takes business, commercial, and consumer cases, including real estate cases, intellectual property cases, security fraud cases, contract disputes, and debt collection defense. Although he has extensive experience as a criminal defense attorney, he currently limits this aspect of his practice to white collar criminal defense, unless the son, daughter, wife, or other relative or friend of an established civil client requires representation in a criminal case. He practices in State and Federal courts.
