Stephanie L. Theban

Ms. Theban's practice focuses on civil litigation and appeals in both State and Federal Courts. Civil litigation practice areas include, but are not limited to, the following: civil rights, construction, contracts, business, personal injury, products liability, and torts. Ms. Theban is admitted to all three United States District Courts in Oklahoma, and to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She is a skilled litigator as well as an accomplished researcher and brief writer and has handled numerous appeals on a variety of issues ranging from contracts to personal injury to divorce and child custody.
