| Ms. Weaver’s practice focuses on civil litigation and appeals in both State and Federal Courts. Civil litigation practice areas include, but are not limited to, the following: government, public trusts, construction, contracts, business, personal injury, products liability, subrogation, and torts. Ms. Weaver is admitted to all three United States District Courts in Oklahoma, to the United States District Court of Colorado and to the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, Tenth Circuit, and Federal Circuit. She is a skilled litigator as well as an accomplished researcher and brief writer and has handled numerous appeals on a variety of issues ranging from contracts to personal injury to divorce and child custody.
