| Ms. Nieves’ areas of experience include a wide range of criminal, juvenile and family litigation involving the defense of violent and non-violent felony charges and misdemeanors, all phases of juvenile proceedings, marital dissolutions, separations, DHS issues, guardianship and adoption matters in both state and administrative tribunals. During the past four years; however, Ms. Nieves’ practice has focused on Consumer Protection law particularly issues of abusive debt collection practices, illusory warranties, identity theft and Consumer fraud. |
