| Mr. Wells is experienced in litigation and transactional matters, with an emphasis on litigation. His transactional experience includes: zoning and planning regulations; formation of various business entities; drafting and reviewing of a wide array of business contracts, corporate mergers and acquisitions, federal and state tax audits and estate planning. Mr. Wells actively litigates throughout the eastern half of Oklahoma in a large variety of areas. Mr. Wells always enjoys meeting new clients and helping them address and solve their problems. Joseph is licensed to practice law in both Oklahoma and Missouri and previously worked for a litigation firm in St. Louis, MO. Before practicing law, Joseph worked as a stock analyst in New York City. He received his B.S. in Mathematics from Oklahoma State University, his J.D. from University of Tulsa College of Law and his LL.M. in Tax from Washington University in St. Louis. |
