| Mr. Polan has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of employment and labor law, and is licensed to practice in the federal, state and appellate courts of Oklahoma, New Mexico, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Polan is able to assist and represent clients with labor and employment concerns through consultation and transactional means, as well as in litigation or arbitration. In addition to the jurisdictions and courts listed above, Mr. Polan has appeared in administrative hearings before the Department of Labor, EEOC, OESC, OSHA, NASD arbitrations, and other forums with regard to wage&hour disputes, unemployment, workers compensation, wrongful termination claims, breach of contract, workplace discrimination/harassment matters, and similar matters. Mr. Polan is a member of the Inns of Court, and has served as a federal Adjunct Settlement Judge in the Northern District of Oklahoma since 1998. Shareholder |
