| Mr. Orbison has represented banks and financial institutions for over 35 years and has been involved in nearly every aspect of banking, including lending, restructures and workouts, corporate and individual trust matters, bond financings and regulatory matters. He has represented numerous clients in connection with asset purchases, leasing transactions, corporate and partnership matters and private and governmental financings. Mr. Orbison is lead counsel for the firm’s representation of the Tulsa County Criminal Justice Authority, the Emergency Medical Services Authority and the Tulsa County Industrial Authority.
