| Don Bingham has been listed for several years in annual editions of The Best Lawyers in America. He primarily represents clients in complex civil litigation. Don has twice served on lawyer-panels of the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals. He has given numerous employment-law presentations at CLE seminars. Don received his bachelor’s degree cum laude from Princeton University in 1970. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1976, and served as an Assistant District Attorney for Tulsa County until 1978, when he entered private practice. He is admitted to practice before the state courts of Oklahoma, the federal trial courts of Oklahoma, the federal trial courts of Arkansas, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Tax Court. Don is Past President and currently a Director of the Riggs Abney Law Firm, which has offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Denver. He has taught extensively at the University of Tulsa College of Law and Tulsa Community College. Don has served on the Board of Directors of Family & Children’s Services and the Board of Directors of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Green Country. In addition to his litigation-practice, Don serves as a private mediator. He has tried numerous jury trials to verdict, and has presented oral arguments before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and twice before the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, sitting en banc. In August of 2004, the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives appointed Don to serve a 5-year term as a member of the State of Oklahoma Ethics Commission. During his term, Don was elected Chairman of the Commission.
