| Mr. Assink exclusively practices bankruptcy law and has experience representing bankruptcy trustees, creditors and debtors in cases under Chapter 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Assink has represented plaintiffs or defendants in approximately 100 adversary proceedings involving preferences, fraudulent transfers, turn over, objections to discharge and the dischargeability of certain debts.
