Ms. Kellough is a recent graduate of University of Texas School of Law and a licensed Texas attorney. She concentrates her practice in the area of environmental law, focusing on water rights and appropriation, water quality, air quality and responsible waste disposal. Ms. Kellough has experience with both state administrative procedures and federal environmental statutes, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in enviornmental actions.
