| Jesse Chapel’s practice focuses on business and commercial law. Mr. Chapel graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law. His experience includes representing financial institutions in loan transactions, workouts and restructurings, bankruptcy, and litigation defense. Mr. Chapel also represents clients in the planning and implementation of complex business transactions. He obtained an LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law, allowing him to understand both the legal and tax implications of any transaction. In addition, Mr. Chapel represents businesses and individuals in taxation and family wealth matters. He focuses on corporate aspects of business transactions, estate planning, and tax disputes before the IRS. |
