| Prior to joining Riggs Abney in October of 2010, Mr. Harvey practiced as a solo practitioner in Delaware County, Oklahoma for ten years where he held several positions in the County Bar Association, including President. Mr. Harvey sat on the Delaware County and Ottawa County Community Sentencing Councils and served as the Delaware County Contractor for the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System. Mr. Harvey’s practice in Delaware County was focused primarily in the areas of Criminal, Family and Juvenile Law. Mr. Harvey’s practice with Riggs Abney focuses in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law, Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. |
