| Mr. Mensching is a general practice litigator who concentrates his practice in the commercial collections field. He believes that collection of debts owed to businesses of all sizes is where the rubber meets the road. In that regard, he typically represents manufacturing concerns, banking institutions, savings and loans, professional groups and national leasing companies. The services he provides are integral to providing the full range of services required by those engaging in any number of industries. |
Court Admissions Oklahoma Education University of Tulsa College of Law (J.D. 1982); State University of New York at Stony Brook (B.A., 1979). Mr. Mensching received a Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1979 majoring in political science , and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1982. While in law school he served as President of the legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi. Community Involvement Mr. Mensching has been and remains actively involved in the community. He served as basketball, baseball and soccer coach for ten years before his sons went on to college. He has also served in various capacities with the Tulsa County Bar Association, notably with the Ethics Committee thereof for over a decade. He is presently involved with the Hudson-Hall-Wheaton Chapter of the American Inns of Court, the Knights of Colombus and continues to play soccer into his fiftieth decade. Lastly, he enjoys a round of golf more than now and then. |
