| Gregory Alberty is a shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate Group and Banking and Finance Group. His practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, including development, land use and zoning, construction, acquisition and sale, leasing, and financing.
Mr. Alberty has extensive experience representing multi-family developers and owners. He also has significant experience representing shopping center landlords as well as handling complex loan and finance transactions. His practice also includes legal representation in the formation and structuring of real estate partnerships and related business ventures.
Mr. Alberty is admitted in all Oklahoma courts as well as the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Tulsa County Bar Association. Shareholder |
Court Admissions Oklahoma Education Mr. Alberty received a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa School of Law in 1997. While completing his legal education he also earned a Certificate in Resources, Environmental and Energy Law. He received a Bachelor of Arts in English degree from the University of Tulsa in 1993. Community Involvement Mr. Alberty is active in a variety of community organizations, with a personal emphasis on those related to: his home church First United Methodist Church; the prevention of child abuse and neglect; and the arts. He has been active in the American Inns of Court and has served in an advisory capacity to several community organizations.
